* IPPR Photo-opportunity:

David Blunkett is giving a keynote speech to the IPPR at the Royal Society 
between 9:30 and 11:00am on Wednesday 17th Nov.  Asssemble outside the ICA 
on the Mall between 9:00 and 9:15am.

The theme is a simple demonstration against the Blunkett-Blair plans for 
ID.  Some props will be provided on the day.

Bring warm outer clothes - it's November and there may be a certain amount 
of standing around.  But you should be wearing a NO2ID T-shirt if 
possible.  Spares will be provided on the day.
