[no2id-supporters] NO2ID's AGM: 2004-x-09

Following on from Phil's email last week, concerning membership, I'm now
in a position to be able to give you some information about the
Association's AGM which will be taking place in London on 2004-x-09.

As Phil mentioned, only NO2ID's members can take part in the
Association's democratic processes.

Members should now have received information about the AGM; if you
feel you should have received something, please contact me as soon as
possible.

Taking place in the afternoon there will be the formal AGM where:
[a] The National Co-Ordinator, the Treasurer (pro. tem.) and Secretary
    (pro. tem.) will make reports;
[b] The Association's Constitution will be Ratified
[c] The Advisory Board will be elected (unless that falls subject to an
    Amendment)

After the formal meeting, we anticipate that there will be an informal
discussion of the mailing lists operated by NO2ID.

The time-table for things runs as follows:
* Notice of AGM sent to Members : before 2004-ix-18
* Nominations for Elections (to be submitted) before 2004-ix-25
* Amendments to the Constitution (before or on) 2004-x-04. These will be
  collated and electronically published as a matter of urgency.
* Membership Applications: funds should have cleared by 2004-x-06
* AGM: 2004-x-09 @ 14:00
