100m passenger movements logged
According to Public Servant magazine:
The new border security programme e-borders has hit its target of processing 100 million annualised passenger movements per year.
This means e-borders has captured the travel document information (TDI) for 147 million passengers
Despite the large figures, borders minister Phil Woolas said in a parliamentary written answer that the programme has not yet achieved the target of processing 60 per cent of all passengers into and out of the UK. Currently e-borders is checking between 45 and 50 per cent of all passenger movements, he said, although the figure is subject to independent verification.

Unless it’s 100% the scheme is a costly waste of money and even more dangerous than it would be if it covered 100%: eg, if HMRC is aware of you leaving or entering one day but not leaving or returning on another day they may well get the wrong impression concerning your tax residence and/or domicile and you will have even more of an uphill struggle to get them to agree this or that if they don’t have the relevant data from their precious databases.
