If not, where do they intend to draw the line, and why there? Then, will we be required to produce photo ID to buy a train or bus ticket? I believe that they already do have to produce ID to buy train tickets in the USA, so why not here I thought that governments were supposed to protect their populations, not oppress/suppress them! The ID cards will be purely voluntary. No one will be forced to have one if they don't want to.
